Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Tally Operator to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions using Tally software, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software.
Responsibilities
- Accurately record and maintain all financial transactions using Tally software.
- Generate financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Support the finance team in day-to-day accounting tasks.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Tally accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and other office software.
