In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building deep, two-way integrations between Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9 and the RDash construction ERP platform. You will own TDL customisations, real-time sync flows, and the data bridge that connects our enterprise customers books with their project execution. Key Deliverables

Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable TDL customisations on Tally Prime and Tally ERP 9.

Design and implement real-time, two-way data sync between Tally and RDash using XML-over-HTTP, ODBC, and Tally's HTTP-XML gateway.

Map Tally's object model (Vouchers, Ledgers, Stock Items, Cost Centres, GST masters) to RDash REST APIs.

Build and maintain integration flows for GST, TDS, e-Invoice, and e-Way Bill use cases.

Handle multi-company and multi-branch Tally deployments for enterprise clients.

Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and implementation teams to define, design, and ship integration features.

Debug at customer sites — diagnose performance issues, data integrity gaps, and edge cases in production Tally setups.

Write integration tests and validation scripts to ensure data accuracy and prevent regressions.

Participate in code reviews, contribute to integration design standards, and document customer-specific TDL packs.
