Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tally Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Tally data entry and possess strong numeric and analytical skills. The primary responsibility is to accurately input and manage financial data into the Tally software, ensuring precision and adherence to accounting standards.
Responsibilities
Data Entry:
- Input financial transactions and data into the Tally software with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ensure timely and error-free entry of invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial records.
- Verify and reconcile discrepancies in financial data.
Documentation
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and entries.
- File and document supporting paperwork for easy reference and audit purposes.
Bank Reconciliation
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
Report Generation
- Generate and prepare various financial reports using Tally software as required.
- Provide reports to the management team regularly.
Required Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
