Tally Accountant

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tally Accountant, based in Ahmedabad. The Tally Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records using Tally software. Additional responsibilities include preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with tax and accounting regulations, and collaborating with internal teams for financial planning and analysis.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tally software and expertise in maintaining accurate bookkeeping and accounting records
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, account reconciliation, and handling accounts payable/receivable
• An understanding of tax regulations, GST, and compliance requirements
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with other accounting tools or software
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, or equivalent are a plus
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
