Job Description

Kaidoko builds at the intersection of AI, psychology, and real-world systems. We work across education, healthcare, and governance, designing platforms for governments and MNCs that understand how people think, learn, and behave and using that insight to drive better outcomes at scale.

Kaidoko is growing fast.

Over the next 6 months, we plan to double our team across engineers, creators, and emerging tech roles. That kind of growth doesn't happen by posting jobs and waiting.

It needs someone who can think clearly, move quickly, and build hiring as a system.

What this role is really about

This is not a coordination-heavy HR role. You won't just close positions.

You'll help us answer:

  • Where should we actually hire from
  • What roles do we truly need vs what we think we need
  • How do we scale fast without lowering the bar

In short: you'll build the hiring engine that helps scale Kaidoko.

What you'll work on

Hiring across domains:

Tech: Backend, Frontend, AI/ML, DevOps

Creative: Video Editors, 2D/3D Animators, Motion Designers

Emerging Tech: AR/VR Engineers, Unreal/Unity Developers

  • Creating a 6-month hiring roadmap (who, when, how many)
  • Figuring out where great talent actually exists (not just job portals)
  • Designing smarter hiring methods, Case-based tasks, Scenario-driven interviews, Behaviour-focused evaluation
  • Working closely with founders on hiring strategy
  • Balancing speed, quality, and long-term fit

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a startup or fast-moving environment
  • Exposure to hiring across tech and creative roles
  • Strong sourcing instincts (you know where good talent actually is)
  • Ability to assess candidates beyond resumes
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and building systems from scratch

Good to have

  • Experience scaling teams quickly
  • Interest in behavioural / psychology-driven hiring
  • Familiarity with developer or creator ecosystems

Compensation

  • ₹8 LPA – ₹15 LPA (Fixed)
