Talent Sourcing Specialist
Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our Product hiring delivery team and support recruitment delivery for our Domestic and global clients.
In this role, you will work on client hiring requirements across India, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non-technical roles. This position is ideal for recruiters who enjoy sourcing talent, engaging candidates, and delivering hiring solutions in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for client requirements.
- Work closely with client stakeholders and internal account teams to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines.
- Source and engage candidates using multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, social channels, referrals, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing and future client hiring needs.
- Use advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, social media recruiting, and AI-driven talent discovery tools.
- Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit for client environments.
- Present shortlisted candidate profiles to clients with detailed insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate interview processes between candidates and client stakeholders.
- Manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle including feedback, offer discussions, and closure.
- Stay updated on APAC talent market trends, hiring practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1– 4 years of experience in Talent Sourcing / Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Experience hiring for Tech and/or non-Tech roles.
- Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn, AI powered Sourcing tools, job portals, social platforms, and talent communities.
- Familiarity with Boolean search and advanced candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to any international hiring or APAC recruitment markets is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience using AI-powered sourcing tools or recruitment automation platforms.
- Familiarity with tools such as: LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ / Hiretual, SeekOut, SignalHire, Recruit'Em.
