Ciklum is looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team full-time in Chennai.

Responsibilities:

• Talent sourcing specialist will assume responsibility for the client / stack center portfolio focusing on Indian market
• You will develop strong knowledge of relevant talent pools & Ciklum's strategy to adjust recruitment focus accordingly
• You will apply all relevant methodologies to access & attract top talent for Ciklum & it's clients in India

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment for IT specialists in international companies, recruitment agencies
• Strong experience in Boolean, X-Ray Searchers
• Expert in sourcing talents through LinkedIn, Github, Kaggle, Stackoverflow
• Experience in candidate selection, interviewing
• Experience in direct search and headhunting
• Ability to lead full cycle recruitment process
• Advanced level of written and conversational English
• Strong Negotiation and persuasion skills are mandatory
• Positive attitude & result oriented approach
• Membership in HR forums like NHRD etc are preferred
• Experienced in driving any TA initiatives are preferred
