Position: Talent Sourcer

Location: Mumbai

Domain (Mandatory): Engineering/Construction

Experience Required: 4+ years in talent sourcing

Location: Mumbai – Hybrid (1–2 days office visit per week)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Region hiring - India, Middle East and South Africa

Job Description:

Key Role Expectations:

• Hands‑on experience sourcing candidates in the Engineering/Construction domain (Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Interior Design, Structural Design, etc.)
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong exposure to job portals (Naukri & LinkedIn RPS, etc.)
• Expertise in Boolean and X‑ray sourcing techniques.
• Ability to screen profiles, build talent pipelines, and work closely with recruiters to support hiring delivery.
• Good experience in sourcing profiles from India. Added advantage if experience in sourcing for Middle East/South Africa.
