Your Key Responsibilities

  • Use innovative sourcing strategies to find the best candidates across multiple platformswhether it's through professional networks, headhunting, or social media outreach.
  • Target candidates, ensuring you're identifying individuals with the right skills and cultural fit.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future needs.
  • Maintain a structured and organized candidate database while regularly reporting on recruitment progress, sourcing metrics, and talent insights.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to align on job requirements and candidate profiles, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by keeping clear and consistent communication throughout the hiring journey.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, industry developments, and competitor hiring practices to refine your sourcing strategies.

What You'll Bring

  • 3-6 years of proven success in sourcing or recruiting with a specialization in Executive Search.
  • Exceptional headhunting skills and the ability to engage passive candidates.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies in B2B, consulting and technical industries.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience with database management systems and a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to produce insightful reports on recruitment progress and sourcing efficiency.
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and a passion for finding the right talent.
