Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Sourcer to join the Recruitment Center of Excellence (CoE). This role will be responsible for driving proactive talent identification strategies, building robust talent pipelines, and supporting global hiring needs across functions.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in sourcing methodologies, market intelligence, stakeholder management, and data-driven hiring strategies, along with the ability to manage complex and senior-level hiring mandates.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent across multiple functions and geographies
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and niche roles
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, social platforms, referrals, job boards, and market mapping
- Conduct competitor research and talent intelligence to strengthen sourcing effectiveness
Stakeholder & Hiring Partnership
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand hiring needs
- Act as a strategic advisor on sourcing approaches, talent availability, and market insights
- Support senior and leadership hiring through targeted search strategies
Market Intelligence & Analytics
- Provide insights on talent trends, competitor hiring, and compensation benchmarks
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics (pipeline strength, conversion rates, time-to-fill)
- Use data to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness and efficiency
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Represent the organization professionally in the external talent market
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the sourcing lifecycle
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives through proactive talent engagement
Process Excellence & Innovation
- Drive best practices in sourcing within the CoE framework
- Explore and implement new tools, technologies, and sourcing techniques
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, diversity goals, and governance frameworks
Key Deliverables
- Strong and diverse talent pipelines for critical roles
- Reduced time-to-fill for key positions

Requirements
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in talent sourcing (preferably in a CoE/shared services environment)
- Strong experience in hiring across multiple functions (manufacturing, supply chain, corporate roles preferred)
- Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping)
- Proven track record in handling mid to senior-level hiring mandates
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
