Role Overview
This role is for a hands-on GTM Recruiter who has deep expertise in hiring
Sales, Business Development, SDRs, AEs, Sales Managers, for
B2B SaaS companiesespecially those selling to
North America & global markets.You should be someone who understands
sales DNA, knows how to identify hunters vs farmers, and can creatively source talent using
unconventional and data-driven methods.
Key Responsibilities
- GTM & Sales Hiring
- Own end-to-end hiring for Sales Development, Business Development, Account Executives, Sales Leaders, and GTM roles
- Partner closely with Sales Leadership to understand revenue goals, territories, ICPs, and quota expectations
- Evaluate candidates on sales metrics (quota attainment, deal size, cycle length, markets sold into)
- Unconventional & Advanced Sourcing
- Build talent pipelines using non-traditional sourcing channels, including: Sales communities, Slack/WhatsApp groups, Discords, Competitor org mapping & revenue intelligence tools, CRM data mining, referrals, alumni networksSales podcasts, events, webinars, and GTM forums
- Proactively headhunt top-performing sellers, not just active job seekers
- Use storytelling & personalization to attract high-caliber passive candidates
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
- 3+ years of dedicated experience in sourcing for GTM / Sales roles for B2B SaaS
- Proven success hiring SDRs, BDRs, AEs, and Sales Leaders
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, quotas, outbound vs inbound sales
- Hands-on experience with creative & unconventional sourcing techniques
- Excellent stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills
Good to Have
- Experience hiring for North American or global markets
- Background in fast-scaling SaaS startups
- Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
- Strong personal brand or network within the sales ecosystem
