About the Role

We are looking for fresh graduates with an Engineering, Computer Science, or IT background who are interested in Talent Sourcing/Recruiting and willing to learn and grow in the recruitment field.

The role involves identifying and engaging technical candidates across the USA, LATAM, and India.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates for IT and Engineering positions.

Search for candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, GitHub, and other online platforms.

Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable profiles.

Connect with candidates through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

Build and maintain candidate pipelines.

Update candidate information in the ATS/recruitment system.

Work closely with recruiters to support hiring requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Strong interest in sourcing, recruiting, and talent acquisition.

Willingness to learn technical sourcing, Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment tools.

Basic understanding of IT/engineering technologies.

Good communication, research, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
