As a Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent for current and future hiring needs. You will utilize a variety of sourcing methods to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, contributing to the overall success of our recruiting efforts.nnIt is a 12 month contract role on a third party payroll.
Description
Partner with Recruiters to understand their specific hiring needs. Build subject matter expertise and develop creative sourcing strategies to bring top talent into Apple, ensuring outstanding stakeholder and candidate experience.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of sourcing expertise in an agency or corporate environment.nDemonstrated experience of utilising a variety of sourcing techniques (including but not restricted to Boolean Search, Linkedin Recruiter, ATS), research and innovative methods to identify and attract qualified candidates. nBachelors Degree
Preferred Qualifications
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and evaluate potential candidates in the pursuit to hire for specialised areas and hard to fill roles.nA well developed understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates.nAbility to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers.nAbility to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.nObsess over the candidate journey and experience.nAbility to use data and metrics to influence overall sourcing strategy.nExperience in sourcing talent across multiple geographies and countries.
