What you can expect
Talent Engagement & Delivery
-Manage the end-to-end talent lifecycle including sourcing, screening, assessment reports, interview coordination, and contracting
-Identify and engage high-quality talent aligned to client requirements across projects and roles
-Partner closely with client-facing and internal teams to ensure timely and effective fulfilment of client needs
Talent Intelligence & Build-Up
-Track market trends and talent movements to understand evolving industry needs and their impact on clients and consultants
-Build and maintain talent pools, virtual benches, and structured insights to support ongoing and future demand
-Develop reports, analyses, and thematic reviews to generate actionable recommendations for internal teams and clients
Growth & Exposure
-Work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to strategic decision-making
-Contribute to cross-functional initiatives across technology, sales, marketing, data, and operations
Ideal Candidate Profile
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for reporting and analysis
-Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and IIM Jobs
-Ability to manage and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to execution
Who Can Apply
-Graduates from 2021 onwards
-Minimum 1+ years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition
-Available to join within 30 to 45 days (or earlier)
