Talent Research Specialist who will play a critical role in identifying and mapping top talent across the gaming ecosystem.
Role Overview

Talent Research Specialist supports the recruitment team by identifying, researching, and mapping potential candidates across relevant companies and platforms.
This role focuses on
candidate discovery, talent mapping, and building strong pipelines that help Playdawn deliver high-quality candidates to clients.
This position is ideal for someone interested in
recruitment, research, and the gaming industry, with strong attention to detail and curiosity about how companies build their teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify companies within the gaming and interactive entertainment ecosystem relevant to open hiring mandates.
- Map teams within those companies to understand organizational structure and talent distribution.
- Identify potential candidates with the correct technical skills and experience based on client requirements.
- Build and maintain structured talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring mandates.
- Conduct detailed research across platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and ArtStation to discover relevant candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the companys recruitment database.
- Track and organize passive talent who may be suitable for future opportunities.
- Support recruiters by preparing candidate lists and research insights for active hiring mandates.
- Assist in outreach preparation by ensuring candidate data is accurate and relevant.
What Were Looking For
- 03 years of experience in recruitment research, sourcing, talent mapping, or similar analytical roles.
- Strong internet research and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, or portfolio platforms is a plus.
- Ability to organize information and maintain structured candidate databases.
- Curiosity about the gaming and technology industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good written communication and documentation skills.
