Role OverviewWe are looking for a Talent Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring for high-impact roles across engineering, product, and business. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities and experience hiring for fast-growing tech teams.
Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end recruitment for tech and business roles
- Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen and assess candidates for both skill and culture fit
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring strategy
- Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Build strong talent pipelines for critical roles
Mandatory Requirements- 2–6 years of recruiting experience in high-growth environments
- Prior experience at Series A/B startups or top tech companies
- Strong experience in sourcing for tech roles (Engineering/Product/Data)
- Proven ability to close candidates in competitive markets
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
