Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations, logistics, and vendor coordination.
• Serve as the main point of contact for employee and HR-related needs.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and engagement initiatives.
• Streamline processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Promote collaboration and represent company culture with energy and ownership.

• Proven experience in office management or operations in fast-paced settings.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in logistics, planning, and multitasking.
• Track record of cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with office and operations tools.

Preferred

• Experience with diverse or distributed teams.
• Exposure to startup or high-growth environments.
• Background in HR or talent engagement.
• Nice to have: Experience in the Human Data space.
