What You'll Be Doing

This role blends Operations, HR coordination, and Analytic Research while giving you direct exposure to how a global consulting company runs.

• Demonstrate your reliability to maintain employee records and update internal systems.
• Support Recruiting and HR processes (editing, scheduling, communication, coordination).
• Assist in creating process charts and workflow documents (Google Sheets, Lucidchart, etc.—training provided).
• Join global team calls, take notes, organize tasks, and follow up- you will have the chance to be in front of international clients!
• You love building relationships and culture internally- you are the researcher, planner and organizer for creating community in a remote organization.
• Use your outgoing personality to help reach out to current employees and former employees to create relationships along with the management team.
• Work on internal recruiting- you will help with internal staffing
• Conduct research and basic analytics to improve processes and provide insights on operations/recruiting.
• Act as a key link between India-based teams and US-based managers.

Fresh Grad or Young Pro:

Just out of college or up to 2 years of work experience Perfect! We're looking for someone eager to learn and grow.

You love talking to people—whether it's candidates, clients, or teammates. And yes, you know how to keep conversations fun and productive.

People Person:

Outgoing, engaging, and someone who can bring energy to a Zoom call at 10 pm IST (coffee/tea welcome ).

English Confidence:
