About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Talent Manager Influencer Marketing who will be responsible for managing a roster of influencers/creators, building strong relationships, and driving revenue through brand collaborations. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the creator ecosystem, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to align creator capabilities with brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Management & Relationship Building
- Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of influencers across categories (lifestyle, fashion, tech, etc.)
- Act as the primary point of contact for creators for all brand collaborations and queries
- Develop long-term engagement plans to retain top creators and increase their association with the agency
- Ensure creator satisfaction while aligning with business goals
2. Brand Collaboration & Revenue Generation
- Identify and onboard relevant brand collaboration opportunities for managed talent
- Pitch creators proactively to internal sales teams and external brand partners
- Drive revenue by maximizing deal value and repeat collaborations
- Work closely with the sales/revenue team to match creators with brand briefs
3. Negotiation & Commercial Strategy
- Negotiate pricing, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights with brands and creators
- Ensure profitability while maintaining competitive pricing
- Strategize packaging of creators for large campaigns to increase overall deal size
4. Campaign Coordination
- Collaborate with campaign management teams to ensure smooth execution of brand deals
- Ensure creators adhere to timelines, deliverables, and brand guidelines
- Act as a bridge between creators and internal teams for seamless communication
5. Talent Growth & Strategy
- Guide creators on content strategy, platform growth, and brand positioning
- Identify opportunities for scaling creators presence across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Stay updated on trends, platform algorithms, and emerging creator categories
6. Data & Performance Tracking
- Track campaign performance and creator metrics (engagement, reach, conversions)
- Share insights with brands and internal teams to optimize future campaigns
- Maintain updated records of creator pricing, performance, and availability
Key Requirements
- 25 years of experience in influencer marketing / talent management / creator partnerships
- Strong network of influencers or prior experience managing creators
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance
