Role Overview

The Talent Manager will be responsible for managing influencer relationships, driving revenue growth for assigned creators, identifying brand collaboration opportunities, negotiating commercial deals, and acting as the primary point of contact for talent. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and influencer marketing expertise.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Management & Relationship Building
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned creators and influencers.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with creators and understand their career aspirations.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies tailored to individual talent profiles.
  • Provide guidance on content positioning, audience growth, and brand alignment.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with creators to discuss performance, opportunities, and future plans.
  • Ensure high levels of creator satisfaction and retention.

Brand Partnerships & Revenue Generation
  • Identify and secure brand collaboration opportunities for managed talent.
  • Work closely with sales and brand partnerships teams to match creators with suitable campaigns.
  • Actively pitch creators to brands and agencies for relevant partnership opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for managed talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and key industry stakeholders.

Negotiation & Deal Management
  • Negotiate commercial terms, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity clauses, and campaign timelines on behalf of creators.
  • Ensure creators receive competitive compensation while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Review contracts and commercial agreements in collaboration with internal legal and finance teams.
  • Handle renewals, long-term partnerships, and ambassador programs.

Campaign Coordination & Execution
  • Coordinate with campaign management teams to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign deliverables and ensure timely submission by creators.
  • Resolve creator-related issues during campaign execution.
  • Ensure compliance with campaign guidelines, timelines, and brand expectations.
  • Manage revisions, feedback, and content approval processes.

Creator Growth & Personal Branding
  • Identify opportunities to expand creators presence across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and emerging channels.
  • Recommend content strategies based on platform trends and audience insights.
  • Assist creators in building long-term personal brands beyond paid collaborations.
  • Explore opportunities such as events, speaking engagements, licensing deals, merchandise, and business ventures.

Market Research & Industry Trends
  • Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, creator economy developments, and competitor activities.
  • Monitor creator performance metrics and industry benchmarks.
  • Identify emerging creators and talent acquisition opportunities.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on market insights.

Reporting & Analytics
  • Track creator revenues, campaign performance, and partnership outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of negotiations, contracts, and campaign deliverables.
  • Prepare monthly business reviews and performance reports.
  • Analyze campaign and creator data to identify growth opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Revenue generated for managed creators.
  • Number of brand partnerships closed.
  • Creator retention and satisfaction rates.
  • Campaign delivery and execution success rate.
  • Average deal value and partnership growth.
  • Growth in creator portfolio revenue.
