About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Talent Manager to manage, develop, and grow our network of influencers/creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. The ideal candidate understands creator dynamics, stays updated with digital trends, and can manage end-to-end communication, negotiation, briefing, and coordination with influencers. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth creator onboarding, high-quality content delivery, and long-term relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer Relationship Management
- Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with influencers and content creators across categories.
- Maintain regular communication with influencers to keep them engaged, aligned, and active on campaigns.
- Resolve queries, support creators throughout the collaboration cycle, and maintain high satisfaction.
2. Creator Scouting & Onboarding
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new influencers aligned with brand categories, campaign needs, and market trends.
- Maintain a structured creator database with updated profiles, metrics, and pricing.
- Work closely with the Planning & Strategy team to suggest the right creators for campaigns.
3. Campaign Coordination
- Explain campaign briefs, deliverables, timelines, and brand guidelines to influencers.
- Ensure influencers deliver content on time, follow instructions, and meet brand quality benchmarks.
- Manage revisions, feedback loops, and ensure smooth execution from briefing to posting.
4. Cost Negotiation & Finalisation
- Negotiate influencer pricing and deliverables to match campaign budgets.
- Finalise deals while maintaining profitability and strong relationships with creators.
- Work with the Pricing team to maintain updated rate cards and negotiate better deals over time.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track influencer deliverables, posting schedules, and adherence to campaign timelines.
- Maintain internal dashboards with creator performance metrics.
- Coordinate with the Campaign Management team to ensure results are tracked and recorded.
6. Talent Development
- Identify opportunities for creators to grow collaborations, content partnerships, long-term brand deals.
- Share insights, trends, and content recommendations to help creators improve performance.
- Stay updated with platform algorithms, trending formats, and upcoming creators.
Requirements
- 25 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator relations, or social media.
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems across Instagram, YouTube, Moj, Josh, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple creators at once, and work in fast-paced environments.
- Trend-aware and passionate about the creator economy.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
