We are currently seeking a Talent Management Specialist to join our dynamic Talent Management team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Business and HR Leaders to support the Talent agenda for your entity. Collaborating with our amazing HR team, you will be part of a key function and gain invaluable professional experience.

As Talent Management expert, you will work closely with the Head of Talent Management to contribute to the Talent strategy in line with Group and business priorities. Your responsibilities will include a range of talent activities from help prepare and execute the promotion process, support the local talent review process, facilitate the delivery of talent development programs and lead and manage the talent analytics for the entity. Acting as the subject matter expert, you will execute the implementation of talent development, performance management, and employee pulse initiatives. Your expertise in talent processes will be invaluable in providing specialist talent process services.

Primary Skills

. Talent Programs:

  1. Aid the selection process for Top Talents participating in Premium Programs.
  2. Support the University team with candidate nominations for Premium Programs and contribute to Talent COC (Sponsor, Anchor, Mentor, etc.).
  3. Drive and increase participation for Group lead programs like Connected Managers
  4. Work closely with the D&I lead to integrate Diversity & Inclusion Strategy within the entity.

. Performance Management:

  1. Assist in the Strategic Talent Review (STR) process alongside business and HR leaders and ensure follow-up and monitoring of actions and performance management outcomes.
  2. Deliver a framework for engaging and developing top talent (TT) employees, assessing future potential, identifying high-potential individuals, and reviewing progress and impact.
  3. Foster the adoption of Performance Management standards and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Coordinate the Business Priority setting process aligned with the Group, including KPIs and key themes.
  5. Follow up on tracking and reporting on key Performance Management process like check-ins, feedback, and talent flags
  6. Support the HRBP's in quarterly reviews with the business
  7. Implement promotion guidelines and budget across different grades.
  8. Support HRBP's during the promotion process by providing analytics, insights, and sign-off.

. Talent Development:

  1. Implement Group and Entity Talent Management Strategy, Talent Pool approach, and guidelines.
  2. Collaborate with HRBP's to design and implement Career Mobility Initiatives.
  3. Deploy Coaching/Mentoring programs in close collaboration with Learning & HRBP's
  4. Support business in establishing professional communities in your respective entity.
