About the Role
The role is responsible for working with the Global Lead /Specialist Talent Management and supporting them for the end-to-end management of enterprise-wide talent development programs, including stakeholder engagement, reporting and delivery of the annual talent review process. The position ensures seamless and timely execution of multiple talent initiatives while coordinating with global business and HR teams, external vendors and technology partners.
Responsibilities
Talent development programs.
- Ensure that the execution charter/timelines for multiple talent development programs running in parallel are adhered to.
- Drive program governance by tracking key milestones such as program launches, sponsorship engagements, leadership sessions, feedback and graduations.
- Ensure adherence to program objectives, timelines and quality standards across all stages of delivery.
Stakeholder management
- Partner with external vendors to manage scheduling, logistics, communications and delivery, ensuring a consistent and high-quality participant experience.
- Support Global Lead in engaging and managing internal stakeholders across business and HR through structured, timely and clear communication on program objectives, processes, timelines and outcomes.
- Act as a central point of coordination to align expectations and resolve program/process queries across regions and platforms.
- Collaborating with HR Tech team and BPT team to support the design, development, testing and deployment of talent dashboards and reports.
- Establishing and maintaining a robust cadence for talent data collection, validation and system updates by partnering with vendors, HRBPs, HR Tech team and GBS.
- Ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness of talent data to enable informed decision-making and governance.
- Preparedness for various senior leader deliverables.
- Talent review process:
- Managing end-to-end scheduling, communications and coordination for talent review cycles, including training, calibration sessions and review forums.
- Partnering with HR POCs to validate and finalize participant populations for talent reviews and calibration discussions.
- Ensuring smooth execution of the talent review process through disciplined planning, tracking and stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications
- Degree in human resources, with experience in HRBP, L&D areas.
Required Skills
- 4-5 years of proven project management skills, with ability to manage several parallel timelines for different programs.
- Ability to work effectively with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to some HRMS, ideally SuccessFactors.
- Strong sense of accountability, ownership and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering outcomes in fast-paced environments.
- Proven experience managing diverse internal and external stakeholders across businesses, regions and geographies.
- High level of operational rigour and organizational skills to manage scheduling, communications and logistics effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at multiple levels.
