Job Description

Role Description:

A. Recruitment

  • Handle end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination, and trackers.
  • Draft/update JDs, define sourcing strategy with hiring managers, and create hiring playbooks for key roles.

B. Joining & HR Support

  • Manage offers, BGV, joining formalities, onboarding, and HRMS updates for full-time and interns.
  • Address employee queries, attendance, and routine HR process coordination.

Eligibility:

  • Graduate in any field (HR preferred) with 3–4 years recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, with resilient, impact-driven mindset suited to startup culture
