What The Role Is
As Talent Management Manager, you will drive JTC's talent identification, development, and succession planning agenda. You will design and implement frameworks that ensure JTC has a strong pipeline of high-potential officers ready to take on leadership and pivotal roles — today and in the future.
What You Will Be Working On
- Reviewing and implementing talent management and succession planning policies to ensure a healthy leadership pipeline and bench strength for critical roles
- Conducting proactive talent identification through robust assessment criteria, tools, and processes aligned to best practices
- Designing and managing talent development programmes — including milestone courses, brown bag sessions, and stretch assignments — to accelerate the growth of high-potential officers
- Overseeing scholarship administration and managing the full cycle of large-scale scholarship exercises throughout the year
- Partnering with HR Business Partners and line leaders to embed talent conversations and coaching into the organisation's culture
- Leveraging HR systems and data analytics to track talent progress, measure programme effectiveness, and generate insights for senior management
- Staying abreast of whole-of-government talent management initiatives and aligning JTC's approach accordingly
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Talent Management, HR Development, or a related HR function
- Background in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline
- Experience with talent assessment tools and succession planning frameworks is an advantage
