We are seeking a motivated, proactive Talent Management Intern/Fresher to join our team. Someone who is looking to launch a career in the dynamic world of operations and workforce strategy.
This internship is designed to give an immersive, hands-on learning curve in workforce planning, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. You won't just be watching from the sidelines—you will actively use cutting-edge tools and AI to help optimize our talent pool and drive project success.
Key Responsibilities & Learning Curves
During this internship, you will develop foundational skills in the following areas:
- Utilization, Bench & Workforce Planning: Gain insight into tracking utilization metrics, forecasting upcoming resource needs, and performing gap analysis for staffing models.
- Vendor & People Management: Understand and manage vendor management for new requirements, replacement, escalations, timeline updates etc. Connecting with resources to understand their work challenges and limitations or any other project/learning related queries.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate operational reports and analyse workforce data to find efficiencies and sharpen your analytical skills.
- AI Integration: Experience the future of work firsthand by leveraging AI tools built into our daily reporting and operational workflows.
- Tools: You will gain direct, hands-on experience with industry-leading project and resource management platforms
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR-Ops, TA, Finance, Tech Leads, and Project Managers to support holistic talent operations.
Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for someone eager to learn, adapt, and grow. Ideally, you possess:
- Education: A bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Business Administration/BCA/B.Tech, Project Management, or a related field.
- Technical Familiarity: A good baseline understanding of technical concepts, including common programming languages, frameworks, databases and tools.
- Core Interests: A genuine desire to build a career in workforce strategy, forecasting, capacity planning, and metrics analysis.
- Full-time internship role with Hybrid work model and base location Pune
