Industry: Logistics & Shipping

Location: Vaishali, Ghaziabad

Experience Required: 1+ Years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Overview

• We are looking for a smart, proactive, and organized Talent Management & Client Acquisition Specialist to manage day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.

• The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

• The role requires someone who can maintain a positive workplace environment, support employee engagement initiatives, and coordinate effectively with internal teams whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups

• Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases

• Assist in payroll coordination and HR-related documentation

• Ensure smooth employee communication and grievance handling

• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives

• Plan and conduct employee engagement activities, fun games, team activities, and cultural events

• Maintain a positive and motivating workplace environment

• Coordinate employee celebration activities and internal engagement programs

• Handle day-to-day office administration activities

• Coordinate with vendors and ensure smooth office operations

• Maintain office records and administrative documentation

• Support the Customer Service team whenever required in documentation, coordination, and billing-related work

• Coordinate with different departments for smooth operational workflow

• Assist management with miscellaneous operational and coordination tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline

• 1+ years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations role

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Smart, presentable, and confident personality

• Good coordination and multitasking abilities

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
