Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and technically strong Talent Intelligence professional who can combine data architecture, AI/LLMs, and predictive analytics to solve complex recruitment and workforce planning challenges. This role partners closely with senior stakeholders to translate talent data into strategic, executive-level insights that influence hiring decisions, location strategies, and competitive talent positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Data Architecture & Systems Integration
- Design and implement scalable data architectures integrating external market data with internal ATS and HR systems
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and governance
- Partner with ATS, HRIS, and external data vendors to enable seamless data integration
- Establish data standards and frameworks to support ongoing talent intelligence initiatives
AI Agents & Recruitment Automation
- Identify recruitment bottlenecks and opportunities for automation
- Define goals, success metrics, and use cases for AI-driven recruitment solutions
- Build, configure, or deploy AI agents using LLM frameworks and automation tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption of AI-enabled hiring solutions
Predictive Analytics & Talent Market Intelligence
- Forecast workforce and hiring needs using historical and market data
- Analyze competitor hiring trends, talent movement, and poaching risks
- Provide insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and cost modeling
- Develop dashboards and visualizations for ongoing talent intelligence tracking
Executive Stakeholder Influence
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Support location strategy and workforce expansion decisions
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
- Partner with recruitment leadership to shape hiring strategies
What We're Looking For
- Experience in talent intelligence, workforce analytics, or recruitment analytics
- Strong data architecture and data integration skills
- Understanding of AI/LLMs in a recruitment context
- Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
- Demonstrated experience using enterprise AI platforms such as Copilot, ChatGPT Pro, or similar LLM-based tools in a business context.
- Proven builder mindset with the ability to create dashboards, tools, and lightweight applications (including HTML-based outputs) from scratch and scale them across teams.
- This role prioritizes AI-powered insight generation and rapid tool development over traditional BI-only or reporting-focused skillsets.
