Role Description The Talent Hunt Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gandhidham. This position is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates for various roles within the organization, particularly in operations, inspection, and support functions. Daily activities include posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers, and maintaining an up-to-date candidate database. The role involves building and managing talent pipelines, networking with potential candidates through online platforms and industry contacts, and supporting employer branding initiatives. The Talent Hunt Executive will also assist with onboarding processes, maintain recruitment metrics and reports, and ensure that all hiring practices comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong talent sourcing and recruitment skills, including resume screening, candidate shortlisting, and conducting preliminary interviews.
  • Experience using job portals, professional networking platforms, and social media for candidate outreach and employer branding.
  • Ability to maintain accurate recruitment records, track key hiring metrics, and prepare clear status reports for management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Understanding of basic HR practices, onboarding processes, and compliance with fair, non-discriminatory hiring standards.
  • Proficiency in common office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace); experience with applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant recruitment or HR experience in logistics, shipping, or marine services is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in Gandhidham, collaborate effectively in a team environment, and maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
