The Role

This is a creator-first role. Your primary job is to sign creators, build their roster, and manage their brand partnerships end-to-end. Campaign execution is part of the job but it follows from the relationships you build, not the other way around.

If you've been managing creators at another agency and feel like you're doing the relationship work without the ownership, this is your move.

Who We're Looking For

You've spent 1 or more years at an influencer marketing or creator management agency. You know how to find creators worth signing, pitch them on why Madify is the right home, and then actually manage them once they're in: brand fits, rate negotiations, inbound queries, content feedback, and everything in between.

This role is for someone who treats creator relationships as a long-term investment, not a campaign transaction. You're the kind of person creators call first when something comes up, and brands trust to always have the right talent ready.

If you've been doing this work at another agency without the roster ownership or the upside, this is your move.

What You'll Own

Creator Signing and Management (Primary)

• Pitch and sign new creators across beauty, parenting, fashion, wellness, lifestyle, etc
• Own the full onboarding process: contracts, briefs, platform setup, and first-campaign alignment
• Serve as the single point of contact for your entire roster
• Build long-term creator relationships, not just campaign-by-campaign contact
• Spot breakout creators early and bring them into Madify's network before anyone else does

Campaign Execution (Supporting)

• Coordinate creator deliverables, content approvals, and timelines across live campaigns
• Ensure your creators are briefed properly and delivering on schedule
• Report campaign performance to clients and the internal team

What You Bring

• 1+ years at an influencer marketing or creator management agency
• You've signed or onboarded creators yourself, not just coordinated with ones already on a roster
• Strong people skills: creators trust you, and you know how to keep it that way
• Comfortable handling negotiations, inbound queries, and occasional conflicts without escalating everything
• Organised enough to manage a growing roster without anyone slipping through the cracks
