Job Description

Position Summary

We are looking for a Talent Coordinator who reflects the innovative spirit, collaborative mindset and passion for great filmmaking that define ILM. The Talent Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Talent team in relation to crew and capacity management as well as wider support to the CG artists, Production, Art & Editorial teams.

What You'll Do

  • Update and maintain crewing and capacity spreadsheets and databases.
  • Pull and create reports from crewing databases
  • Coordinate and facilitate regular departmental and CG Status meetings
  • Prepare agendas, take notes and disseminate as appropriate
  • Coordinate new starter training and their seating arrangements
  • Partner with the Talent Manager(s) for day to day operations and team support
  • Assist artists with their daily needs, such as addressing inquiries, managing absences, and identifying upcoming show opportunities, in collaboration with the Talent Manager(s)
  • Update and maintain confidential files and database, including show credit and demo reel requests
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent team
  • Assist with various event planning and coordination across ILM departments
  • Special projects as needed on an on-going basis as assigned

  • Experience in a fast-paced administrative role within VFX / Games Production preferred
  • A positive, inclusive and proactive attitude
  • Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with individuals at all levels of seniority, internally and externally
  • Ability to successfully organise, prioritise and complete multiple projects with strong attention to detail
  • Proven relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates calmness and professionalism in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Punctuality, reliability and flexibility
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with others
  • Experience of creating and maintain databases
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite
  • A keen interest in film and visual effects
