Position Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our on-site recruitment team in Gurugram. This role focuses on managing the complete hiring lifecyclefrom sourcing and screening candidates to final selection and onboarding. You will work closely with hiring stakeholders, support employer branding initiatives, and actively build talent pipelines to meet ongoing and upcoming workforce requirements.

What We're Looking For

Graduation in any stream

6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in bulk, BPO, or walk-in hiring

Strong verbal communication and people-management skills

Ability to handle high-volume recruitment within defined timelines

Comfortable engaging with candidates during walk-in drives and in-person interviews
