About the Internship

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about people management, recruitment, and organizational development to gain hands-on experience in the NGO sector.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews

Maintain and update HR records and databases

Support onboarding and induction of new volunteers and interns

Coordinate with different teams for HR-related activities and documentation Assist in drafting HR policies, guidelines, and employee engagement initiatives

Manage internal communications and contribute to team culture-building activities

Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist in day-to-day HR operations

Who Can Apply

Students, freshers, or recent graduates from Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Familiarity with HR tools (Excel, Google Workspace) is a plus

Prior experience in HR activities, recruitment, or NGO work will be an added advantage
