Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing candidates to fulfill our hiring needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a proactive approach to building a strong candidate pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates using various recruitment channels including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the company culture.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing necessary feedback and follow-up communication.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidates and hiring processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to create a talent pipeline.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of various recruiting tools and platforms, including ATS and job boards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and team members.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms for recruiting purposes, such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
