We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in Mumbai (L&T powai / Saki Vihar Road). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and enhance our recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a good fit for the company culture and role requirements.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of candidate progress and recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the company's values and work culture.
• Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of various recruitment tools and techniques.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
