Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Bengaluru, with the flexibility for occasional remote work. As the Talent and Influencer Marketing Head, you will lead the planning and execution of collaborative marketing initiatives with influencers and talents. Responsibilities include developing and managing marketing strategies, conducting market research, nurturing partnerships with influencers, overseeing sales processes, and strengthening public relations efforts to boost brand visibility and engagement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Planning, Market Research, and understanding of industry trends
• Strong expertise in Marketing Management and the ability to develop marketing strategies
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Highly motivated with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with the influencer and social media marketing landscape is a must
• Collaborate with the team and create influencer campaigns
• Liaison with the client and influencers to execute campaigns
• Manage talent- both celebrities and influencers during execution of campaigns
• Manage video shoots and oversee edits during campaign execution
• Ensure timely delivery of content for the campaigns
• Create compelling and effective plans for influencer marketing campaign briefs
• Supervise and ensure good content quality is maintained
• Keep abreast of new influencers, celebrities, content and social media trends
