About Position
This role focuses on delivering data‑driven insights to support HR functions—primarily Talent Acquisition and Talent Management—through advanced analytics, reporting, and dash boarding. The position requires strong analytical skills, hands‑on Excel expertise, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

What You'll Do:
- You will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to provide meaningful insights through accurate data analysis and reporting.
- Analyze HR and recruitment data to generate actionable insights
- Prepare, maintain, and automate MIS reports using advanced Excel
- Design and manage dashboards using Power BI
- Develop and maintain Excel Macros to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy
- Track and report key TA and TM metrics
- Support workforce planning, hiring, and talent reporting initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports
- Collaborate with HR, TA, TM, and business teams on analytics requirements
- Exposure to Learning & Development (L&D) analytics is an added advantage
- Exposure to revenue reconciliation, data validation, or financial metric reconciliation is an added advantage
Expertise You'll Bring:
- You will bring a strong analytical mindset and hands‑on reporting expertise to support HR decision‑making.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including Macros and complex formulas
- Hands‑on experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboards
- Solid understanding of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management processes
- Ability to work with large datasets from multiple data sources
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and consistency
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, Engineering, Management, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in Analytics, Power BI, or Data Tools are a plus
