Job Description

We are looking for a Talent & People Operations Specialist to lead all recruiting for our India region and support key People Operations activities. This is a high-impact role responsible for finding exceptional talent in the Salesforce, NetSuite, and broader cloud technology space while delivering a seamless and People-First employee experience.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment, enjoys building strong partnerships with hiring managers, and wants to contribute to core People initiatives beyond recruiting.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition (Primary | 7080%)

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for India across Salesforce, NetSuite, RevOps, and operational roles.
  • Build and maintain specialized talent pipelines for niche consulting skill sets.
  • Manage all sourcing, screening, interviews, offer processes, and closing.
  • Handle 810 open requisitions at a time during peak hiring periods while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and the global TA team on workforce planning, prioritization, and forecasting.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data in Greenhouse or the company ATS.
  • Drive exceptional candidate experience and ensure a People-First, brand-aligned recruiting process.
  • Lead India-specific hiring campaigns, Recruitment Marketing initiatives, career events, and employee referral programs.
  • Share market insights to help shape hiring strategy in a competitive technical landscape.

People Operations (Secondary | 2030%)

  • Support onboarding workflows including documentation, system entry, compliance collection, and Day 1 coordination.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks such as drafting letters, contract creation, personnel file updates, and audit preparation.
  • Support People Ops processes including background checks, HRIS updates, and record maintenance.
  • Provide backup support during peak cycles such as preparing payroll inputs, coordinating benefits tasks, and running People Ops logistics.
  • Partner with the India People Generalist on major HR cycles including performance reviews, engagement surveys, training sessions, and internal events.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting in the Salesforce or NetSuite ecosystem
  • Proven ability to manage 810 requisitions simultaneously during busy periods without compromising quality.
  • Strong sourcing capability across LinkedIn, Boolean search, and niche talent channels.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth consulting or technology environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high standard of quality and follow-through.
  • Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and comfort working with data and reporting.
  • A People-First mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Why You'll Love This Role

  • You'll directly shape the growth of our India team.
  • You'll develop both TA and People Operations skills.
  • You'll be part of a global, supportive, high-performing People Team.
  • You'll have opportunities for career progression as our India operations expand.
