Role Overview

The Talent & Learning Partner is a hands-on driver of execution, responsible for bringing leadership, tech, and early career development strategies to life. This role goes beyond design-it ensures flawless deployment and measurable impact of programs that build future-ready leaders and technical talent. Working as part of the global talent community, this individual will translate global frameworks into actionable local initiatives, ensuring consistency, scalability, while ensuring teams creating solutions clearly understand the needs of the Hyderabad GDC . This role reports to the SVP of Talent Management for Global Functions and Centers, with dual reporting and shared accountability to the Hyderabad GDC HR Head.

Key Responsibilities

Program Deployment & Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of development programs (leadership, tech and early career talent-from planning and logistics to delivery and post-program evaluation).
  • Manage vendor relationships where needed, scheduling, communications, and participant engagement to ensure seamless execution.
  • Drive and monitor program adoption and effectiveness, using data to drive continuous improvement and report ROI to stakeholders.

Leadership Development

  • Execute leadership programs for emerging and experienced leaders, ensuring alignment with Experian talent offerings
  • Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and leadership assessments to accelerate readiness (when needed)
  • Partner with HRBP's and business leaders to embed leadership development into talent reviews and succession planning.

Tech Talent Development

  • Work in close collaboration with the Experian University team to help deploy targeted upskilling and reskilling initiatives for technical roles, leveraging digital platforms (MyCareer & Experian Academies) and experiential learning.
  • Coordinate with tech leaders to ensure programs address critical skill gaps and future technology skills/trends.
  • Track participation and outcomes to demonstrate impact on technical capability building.

Early Career Programs

  • Implement and manage the early career program, ensuring a best-in-class experience for early career talent.
  • Support onboarding, learning journeys, and career development pathways for new hires.
  • Collect feedback and performance metrics to refine program design and execution.

Global Collaboration

  • Act as the local execution arm of global talent strategies, ensuring programs are deployed consistently and effectively.
  • Share insights and be part of the Global Talent Team to design future programs and solutions
  • Adapt global frameworks to meet local business needs without compromising consistency & scalability.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Leverage technology and LMS platforms to deliver engaging, accessible learning experiences.
  • Introduce innovative delivery methods such as virtual learning, microlearning, and AI-driven tools.
  • Use analytics to measure program success and identify opportunities for enhancement.

Partners with and supports other Global Delivery Centers as needed, while fulfilling additional talent and learning responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in talent management, leadership development, or learning and development.
  • Proven track record in program deployment and execution, including managing logistics and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience with tech talent development and early career programs.
  • Strong project management, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with global talent strategies and cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Adept at consulting, advising and influencing leaders on talent and learning needs and solutions
  • High level of self-initiative and sense of urgency coupled with a strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of management, and partner extremely well with others to get work done with and through others
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills
