Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented People & Culture Manager who will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, culture building, onboarding, organizational development, and employee success initiatives across the company.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup/manufacturing environment and should be capable of building scalable people processes while maintaining agility and a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, operations, sales, support, and leadership roles
- Build strong hiring pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, campuses, and recruitment partners
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate hiring processes with department heads
- Improve hiring turnaround time and candidate experience
- Build internship and management trainee hiring programs
Employee Onboarding & Engagement
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new employees
- Create structured onboarding journeys for different departments
- Organize employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives
- Build strong internal communication practices
- Maintain healthy employee relations and positive workplace culture
Culture & Organizational Development
- Help define and strengthen company culture and values
- Develop employee growth and career progression frameworks
- Create learning and development initiatives
- Assist in performance management and review systems
- Support leadership in team structuring and organizational planning
Employee Success & Retention
- Monitor employee satisfaction and retention
- Conduct feedback sessions and engagement surveys
- Identify employee concerns and proactively resolve workplace issues
- Support managers in building high-performing teams
- Promote ownership mindset and collaborative culture
HR Operations & Process Management
- Maintain HR policies, employee records, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company processes and labor practices
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and HRMS systems
- Build scalable SOPs and HR workflows for growing teams
- Generate hiring and employee analytics reports
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or Organizational Development
- Experience in startup, manufacturing, electronics, technology, or growth-stage companies preferred
- Prior experience in scaling teams and building processes is highly desirable
Skills Required
- Strong recruitment and interviewing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Employee engagement and conflict resolution capability
- Understanding of organizational development and culture building
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Strong ownership and execution mindset
- Familiarity with HRMS, ATS, LinkedIn hiring, and modern HR practices
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in HR / Human Resources / Organizational Behavior preferred
- Certifications in HR analytics, talent management, or employee engagement are a plus
