Job Description

Talent Agents (Multiple Roles: Senior + Trainee Level)

Starcast is a boutique talent agency dedicated to developing a curated pool of highly meritorious actors performers chosen for their craft, discipline and potential, not for fame or hype.

We are expanding our team and are now looking to hire 23 Talent Agents across different experience levels:

  • 1 Senior Talent Agent (experience in casting/production/talent management preferred)

This is a key hire for us, and a great opportunity for someone to secure a role with tremendous growth potential

  • 12 Junior/Trainee Talent Agents (no prior experience required, but strong aptitude essential)

This is a rare opportunity to be trained, mentored, and developed into a high-calibre talent manager working closely with actors across experience levels, from newcomers to established industry professionals.

Why this role is special

Starcast is in the process of building something unique and transformative for the talent ecosystem, and the right candidate will be part of a forward-thinking agency that is evolving rapidly.

This is ideal for someone who is deeply drawn to the art and skill of talent management not someone chasing celebrity representation, but someone who wants to:

  • manage careers
  • negotiate thoughtfully
  • solve problems
  • handle complex situations with grace
  • build long-term relationships with performing artists
  • grow within a system that values integrity, solutions, and professionalism

If you have the right aptitude, we are committed to training you from scratch.

a hunger to learn talent management deeply

If talent management excites you, we will train you.

Managing and expanding Starcast's curated actor pool

Coordinating auditions, meetings, opportunities & follow-ups

Advising actors on career decisions, communication & strategy

Ensuring smooth, professional, responsive client servicing

Maintaining organised systems & workflows

Representing Starcast with integrity in all interactions

What We Offer

A non-toxic, supportive, growth-driven environment

Exposure to a future-forward agency preparing for an exciting leap

Who Should Not Apply

We are not looking for:

part-time actors/directors/writers looking to try this role

people more interested in fame and celebrities rather than in the actual work of talent management

those who require micro-management

those who dislike coordination, negotiation, or problem-solving

We want people who genuinely want to become excellent talent managers and create impact in the talent ecosystem.
