Description
We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and a passion for connecting talent with opportunities. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our workforce by sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best candidates.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and ensure all candidate interactions are documented.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on hiring trends and competitor strategies.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of various recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to build relationships and network effectively.
