Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to understand job requirements and design tailored sourcing strategies.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using diverse channels — ATS tools, Taggd, Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, employee referrals, and social networks.
Conduct initial technical screening and assess candidate fit (skills, experience, and cultural alignment).
Manage candidate pipelines using ATS/Taggd and maintain real-time status updates.
Coordinate interview logistics, gather feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Drive recruitment metrics such as TAT, quality of hire, and offer-to-join ratio.
Support C2H hiring and vendor coordination for contingent workforce needs.
Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment dashboards and status reports.
Stay updated with IT & Cyber Security market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technology roles.
