Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition (IT) professional to join our growing team.
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and hiring top IT talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and engage candidates for IT roles
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Collaborate with hiring managers for requirement understanding
- Use job portals, social media, and networking for sourcing
- Maintain and update ATS with accurate data
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 15 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
