Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Support the team in organizing and participating in recruitment events and job fairs.
- Help in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools (e.g., ATS systems).
- Basic knowledge of various sourcing techniques (e.g., social media, job boards).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
