Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder coordination experience, and a good understanding of IT skills and hiring trends.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role expectations, and timelines
Source candidates through job portals, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Hirist, referrals, databases, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical fit, communication, and culture alignment
Coordinate technical interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with panel members
Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, and status updates
Negotiate CTC, notice period, and joining timelines with candidates
Ensure documentation, background checks, and onboarding coordination
Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS / Excel trackers
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
