* Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and social media.

* Screen resumes and identify the right talent for open positions.

* Conduct telephonic HR screenings.

* Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

* Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.

* Coordinate with hiring managers and senior recruiters.

* Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS with complete accuracy.

* Learn different hiring strategies across multiple industries.
