What would you do

 External Sourcing

·      Source candidates from existing talent pools and databases

·      Identify the need for external sourcing based on hiring volumes

·      Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates

 Candidate Sourcing and Qualification

·      Mine candidate data and identify eligible profiles

·      Source and review resumes

·      Assess candidate interest and suitability using appropriate tools

·      Candidates with End to End Recruitment experience Domestic International Market

·      Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.

Roles and Responsibilities:

External Sourcing

·      Source candidates from existing talent pools and databases

·      Identify the need for external sourcing based on hiring volumes

·      Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates

Candidate Sourcing and Qualification

·      Mine candidate data and identify eligible profiles

·      Source and review resumes

·      Assess candidate interest and suitability using appropriate tools

·      Match qualified candidates to open requisitions

Candidate Intake and Screening

·      Manage candidate applications and expressions of interest through electronic phone or paper channels

·      Pre qualify candidates and develop screening lists

·      Invite suitable candidates to apply for relevant opportunities

Automated Candidate Screening

·      Coordinate IVR based candidate assessments

·      Review and evaluate candidate responses against defined criteria

·      Share qualified candidates with Staples representatives for further consideration

Recruitment Administration and Analytics

·      Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data

·      Provide recruitment administration and reporting support

·      Support recruitment analytics for in scope processes
