Duration: 6 Months Internship [followed by full-time opportunity]

Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Trainee to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes. This role is ideal for freshers or MBA (HR) students eager to build a career in talent acquisition within a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams
• Maintain effective candidate communication and experience
• Support campus hiring and recruitment drives
• Update ATS, databases, and recruitment trackers
• Learn ATS functions (resume parsing, pipeline management, etc.)
  
  

Requirements

• MBA (HR) or any graduate with interest in recruitment
• Strong interest in talent acquisition
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri)
• Basic knowledge of ATS is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
