Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a responsible and disciplined HR cum Operations Trainee to support daily operations and ensure workplace discipline and smooth internal coordination. The role includes lead allocation, assisting in service delivery, maintaining records, and supporting HR functions related to employee discipline, attendance, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and leave records.

Ensure employees follow office rules, policies, and code of conduct.

Allocate leads to the sales team as per defined process.

Maintain and update lead and operational data accurately.

Assist in timely service delivery to clients.

Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth daily operations.

Follow up on pending operational tasks and escalations.

Assist in recruitment activities such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of job portals and recruitment platforms.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, Google Sheets).

Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
